Up and running in an afternoon
Your members use the app on their phones; you run the gym from the panel. See everything it includes.

Find your gym on the map, choose a plan and send the request. Once it's active you become its admin.

Share your link on WhatsApp or at reception, or invite them by email. Anyone who finds you on the map sends a request and you approve it.

Frequently asked questions
Do my members have to pay anything?
No. GymOrbita is free for your members: they train, see their progress, rank up, watch your videos and book your classes without paying anything.
What does it mean for my gym to be verified?
That you're the one who runs it. It shows the verified badge, nobody joins without your approval (or your invite link) and you unlock the panel: announcements, videos, coaches, routines, classes and reports.
How do machine videos work?
Film how each machine is used and upload it from the panel (up to 100 MB per video). Members see it during their workout when that exercise comes up. Total storage depends on the plan.
What happens if I reach the member limit?
Nobody is lost: you just can't accept more until you move up to the next plan.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Plans are monthly or yearly and you can change plan or cancel whenever you want.
Who sees my members' data?
Coaches only see the routines and progress of the members who choose them. Everyone's weight, age and height are private and nobody at the gym sees them.
