Log every set without thinking
During your workout, GymOrbita shows you the next exercise, suggests the weight and reps and saves each set with one tap. You just lift.

How it works
From «Today» or from the routine, with one tap.
Weight and reps already suggested: confirm or change.
The timer counts down and tells you when to go.
Summary, records and points for your rank.
Last time's weight, already filled in
For each set, the app suggests what's next: your last set today on that machine; if it's the first, what you did last time on it; and if you've never done it, your routine's target. If it's time to go up, change it and you're done. You never have to remember what you lifted.
Everything in sight while you train
- Rest: in the iPhone app, a timer between sets that tells you when it's done, even with your phone locked.
- Session progress: how many sets you've done and how many are left on each exercise.
- Technique: the exercise's animation and, if your gym has added it, its machine's photo, notes and video.
- Machine switch: if it's taken, move to the alternative without losing anything.
The summary when you finish
When you're done you see what you did at a glance:
- Duration, sets and volume (total kilos lifted).
- Personal records beaten, with how many kilos you gained on each.
- The points the workout adds to your rank.
- Average and max heart rate and calories, if you train with an Apple Watch.
Your history, exercise by exercise
Every exercise keeps its history: your top weight, your best set and a chart of how it has changed. And all your workouts stay in Progress's history, with their date, duration and sets.
Your people see it (if you want)
When you finish, your followers can see your workout and give you kudos 🔥. You choose who sees it, or that nobody does.
FAQ
What counts as a record?
Beating your previous top weight on an exercise. Each record earns 25 points for your rank and shows in your summary.
Can I log from my watch?
Yes, with the Apple Watch app you log sets and switch machines from your wrist.
What is volume?
The sum of weight × reps across all your sets. It's a good measure of how much work you did in the session.
More features
Lifting more weight doesn't always mean being stronger: 80 kg × 8 beats 85 kg × 3. GymOrbita compares your real sets and tells you, at a glance, whether you're progressing.
